Most course delivery ends with an email that says "it's done." The QA Evidence Pack gives your team a structured record of what was checked, what was found, and what was accepted.
When course delivery does not include structured QA evidence, questions show up later in the form of broken links, learner complaints, audit pressure, or handoff confusion. The QA Evidence Pack closes that gap, so your team has something concrete to review and rely on.
Note: This sample uses fake course names and redacted identifiers.
“Batch 02 is accepted against the Definition of Done. Exceptions listed above are acknowledged and scheduled.”
Sign-off is provided by your designated review contact — typically the project lead or L&D manager. It covers the items within the Definition of Done for that batch. Items in the exception log are acknowledged separately and tracked to resolution. Sign-off does not waive your right to raise defects during the 30-day warranty window.
